The PDF won’t let me type

If you click on a line and no cursor appears, the document was likely scanned or saved as an image. Our tool handles this differently than Adobe. You can simply select the “Text” tool from our menu and click anywhere to create a new text box on top of the page.

My signature isn’t saving

After you draw your signature, you must click “Add” or click outside the box to place it on the canvas. Once it is on the page, you can drag it to the signature line.

Is this service actually free?

The file looks blank?

If you emailed a file and it arrived blank, it means the PDF viewer didn’t save the “layers.” Always make sure to click the blue “Save & Download” button in our editor. This “flattens” the file so your text becomes permanent.
